Kandy District Youth Rapid Chess Championship will be held on 26th of June 2010 at National Institute of Co-operative Development.
This is the one of the most prestigious events for the youth chess players in the country and winners will be eligible to play in the National Youth Rapid Chess Championship with the selecties of 12 other districts.
There will be total 10 Separate Individual events(Under 7,9,11,13,15 years Girls and Boys)The Event will be held according to to the Swiss System over 5 rounds.
Time Control: All Moves in 20 minutes.No need to score.
Entry Fee: An entry fee of Rs.250/= will be charged.
Registration: Registrations at Vidyartha College on 24th from 2.00pm to 5.00pm
